Prohibited sales to persons under age sixteen

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell to any person in this state under the age of sixteen (16) years any motor-driven cycle having less than two hundred fifty cubic centimeter (250 cc) displacement unless the person has a current valid license to operate the motor-driven cycle as authorized in this subchapter. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or to offer for sale to any person in this state under sixteen (16) years of age any motorcycle or any motor-driven cycle having in excess of two hundred fifty cubic centimeter (250 cc) displacement.
