Reporting misuse

(a) The Office of Motor Vehicle may develop and implement a means by which a person may report, by telephone hotline or by submitting a form online or by mail, the alleged misuse of the privileges conferred by a: (1) Special license plate; (2) Special certificate; or (3) Parking space designated exclusively for parking by persons with disabilities. (b) The Office of Motor Vehicle shall promulgate rules for the proper implementation of this section. Added by Act 2017, No. 1003,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
