Oaths and signatures

(a) Officers and employees of the Office of Motor Vehicle designated by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration are, for the purpose of administering the motor vehicle laws, authorized to administer oaths and acknowledge signatures. (b) Administration of oaths and acknowledgement of signatures under subsection (a) of this section shall be performed without fee. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4497, eff. 7/1/2019.
