Authority to take possession

The Office of Motor Vehicle is authorized to take possession of any certificate of title, registration certificate, permit, license, or registration plate issued by the Office of Motor Vehicle upon expiration, revocation, cancellation, or suspension, or which is fictitious or has been unlawfully or erroneously issued. Amended by Act 2017, No. 786,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 1949, No. 142, § 26; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-126.
