Brand on motor vehicle title

(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to motor vehicles more than seven (7) model years old before the calendar year of the occurrence. (b) A title that is branded under this subchapter shall retain the brand on the title for the life of the motor vehicle. Amended by Act 2017, No. 651,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.
