(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to issue to the owner of a trailer subject to this subchapter a permanent license plate, subject to replacement, upon payment of the fee set forth in § 27-14-601 . (b) Nothing in this section shall be construed as amending or altering § 27-14-602 or § 27-14-720 . Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4581, eff. 7/1/2019.
