(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall issue to each owner of a trailer subject to this subchapter a registration certificate, which must be kept in the place prescribed by the secretary. (b) The willful failure or neglect to comply with the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4579, eff. 7/1/2019.
