The Division of Aeronautics is established and authorized to represent the State of Arkansas in the promotion and development of landing fields, airports, hangars, and other aeronautical projects and to cooperate with and secure the cooperation of the Federal Aviation Administration and any other duly authorized federal agencies interested in the development of aeronautics. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 635, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1941, No. 457, § 23; A.S.A. 1947, § 74-123.
