(a) All permits issued under this subchapter may be suspended or revoked by the Director of Arkansas Tobacco Control for any violation of this subchapter or the rules pertaining to this subchapter, subject to a hearing before the Arkansas Tobacco Control Board at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. (b) The director may revoke all permits to deal in tobacco products, vapor products, alternative nicotine products, or e-liquid products associated with any person who is convicted of or pleads guilty or nolo contendere to criminally violating this subchapter, subject to a hearing before the board at the next regularly scheduled board meeting.
