Requirements to obtain vending device decal

To obtain an annual or special vending device decal so as to be able to operate a vending device in this state, an applicant for the vending device decal shall comply with the following requirements. The applicant: (1) Must not be a convicted felon or a corporation whose president or principal shareholders are convicted felons; and (2) Must have obtained from the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration an Arkansas gross receipts tax permit.
