(a) Any person who shall violate any provision of this subchapter shall be immediately responsible for the taxes, as imposed by this state, on the fuels involved in the violation plus twenty percent (20%) as a penalty. (b) All fines and penalties imposed pursuant to this subchapter shall be in addition to any and all penalties imposed pursuant to the Arkansas Tax Procedure Act, § 26-18-101 et seq. Acts 1987, No. 977, § 7.
