Notice of reexamination

Before any settlement shall be reexamined, it shall be the duty of the county court to give the officer ten (10) days' notice of the time and place where the settlement will be adjusted. Acts 1883, No. 114, § 204, p. 199; C. & M. Dig., § 10166; Pope's Dig., § 13948; A.S.A. 1947, § 84-1444.
