(a) Fees and costs associated with the filing of confirmation suits may be charged to any purchaser, donee, or redemptor to whose benefit the decree of confirmation inures. (b) The state shall be exempt from payment of court costs. (c) Fees for publication of notices required under this subchapter shall be governed by § 26-37-108 [repealed]. Acts 1993, No. 646, §§ 6, 7.
