(a) The Commissioner of State Lands shall keep a permanent record of all lands forfeited to the state for taxes and note in the record in whose name the forfeited land was listed, for what year or years it was taxed, the amount of tax due thereon, and when forfeited. (b) The record shall be open to the inspection of anyone. Acts 1987, No. 814, § 4.
