Patient care providers - Wages - Required withholding - Fringe benefits

(a) The Department of Health may pay wages and required state withholding, federal withholding, required matching, and other fringe benefits for patient care part-time intermittent contractual personnel who must be employed in order to provide services in the home. (b) These payments will be made from the appropriation for professional fees and services. Added by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4828, eff. 7/1/2019.
