(a) There is created a Division of Labor within the Department of Labor and Licensing. (b) The Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing may delegate any duties and responsibilities to the division. (c) The division shall retain the statutory duties delegated to the division. (d) The secretary may employ a Director of the Division of Labor. Added by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5265, eff. 7/1/2019.
