Agri Scholarship Program

(a) There is created the Agri Scholarship Program. (b) The Department of Agriculture may: (1) Establish and administer scholarship programs for students seeking degrees in agriculture-related fields; (2) Adopt rules as necessary to implement the Agri Scholarship Program, including without limitation eligibility requirements; and (3) Accept gifts and apply for and receive federal funds for the Agri Scholarship Program. Added by Act 2023, No. 706,§ 7, eff. 8/1/2023.
