Agricultural exchanges

The Department of Agriculture shall: (1) Evaluate the potential economic benefits to Arkansas and Arkansas farmers of entering into agricultural exchanges with Israel and other countries that will foster the development of trade, mutual assistance, and business relations between Arkansas and the other country; and (2) Annually report the department's findings under subdivision (1) of this section to the House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development and the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development.
