Arkansas Rehabilitation Services

(a) The policy and scope of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services shall be to provide increased employment of individuals with disabilities through the provision of individualized training, independent living services, educational and support services, and meaningful opportunities for employment in integrated work settings to maximize employment, economic self-sufficiency, independence, and inclusion and integration into society. (b) Pursuant to that policy, rehabilitation services shall be provided to citizens throughout the state, and the rehabilitation plan adopted pursuant to this subchapter shall be in effect in all political subdivisions of the state.
