Tax-exempt status of property owned and income

Each public body under this subchapter is performing functions as and is a public instrumentality of the participating public agencies, and all properties at any time owned by the public body and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation in the state. Acts 2009, No. 1371, § 1.
