Quarterly report on notes and on moneys from sale of state lands

The Treasurer of State shall report quarterly to the Governor the amount of notes on hand and by whom drawn and the amount of moneys received and on hand on account of the sale of state lands. Acts 1844, § 5, p. 29; C. & M. Dig., § 4492; Pope's Dig., § 5528; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-611.
