Disqualification from office

A public servant who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is found guilty of an offense under § 25-16-1103(a) shall be disqualified and barred from holding an office, position, or employment in a governmental body. Amended by Act 2013, No. 995,§ 5, eff. 8/16/2013. Acts 2009, No. 679, § 1.
