There is created an Arkansas Economic Development Council, whose membership, authorities, and powers shall be as specified in §§ 15-4-201 - 15-4-204 , 15-4-209 , 15-4-501 - 15-4-503 , 15-4-505 - 15-4-515 , 15-4-517 , 15-4-518 , and 15-4-520 - 15-4-525 .
