Grants-in-aid - Conditions for receiving funds

Any private nonprofit community-based agency that receives grants-in-aid through the Department of Human Services for the provision of services, as a condition of receiving such funds, shall: (1) Meet minimum standards of performance in the delivery of services as defined by the department's division or office from which the grant-in-aid is awarded; (2) Supply statistical data to the department; and (3) Establish and maintain a sound financial management system in accordance with guidelines as set forth by the department.
