County offices of human services

(a) The Secretary of the Department of Human Services shall establish a county office of human services in each county of this state. The county offices shall provide the citizens of each county access to the various services and programs provided by the department as well as follow-up contact and services. (b) In establishing a county office of human services, it is necessary that each county office be staffed to provide complete access to services and programs of the department.
