(a) Acts 1953, No. 365, as amended by this act, is to be in all of its sections complementary, except that no person may take benefits under two (2) or more sections of this act at the same time. (b) Retirement and survivors' benefits shall be measured by the salary payable for the position last held by the retired or deceased judge at the time of payment of any particular benefit, so that, should salaries of the judicial positions covered by this act be altered, the amount of benefits payable under this act shall be proportionately altered.
