Benefits - Increased benefits generally

(a) Each person receiving retirement benefits from the State Police Retirement System on July 1, 1983, shall, beginning July 1, 1983, receive an increase in monthly benefits of five percent (5%). (b) Beginning on July 1, 1984, all persons who were receiving benefits under the system on July 1, 1983, shall receive an additional increase in monthly benefits of five percent (5%).
