Optional unpaid premiums provision

There may be a provision as follows: "Unpaid Premiums: Upon the payment of a claim under this policy, any premium then due and unpaid or covered by any note or written order may be deducted therefrom." Acts 1959, No. 148, § 408; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3623.
