(a) No person shall buy or sell a vote or proxy, relative to any meeting of stockholders or members of an insurer, or engage in any corrupt or dishonest practice in or relative to the conduct of any meeting. (b) Violation of this section shall be punishable as provided in § 23-60-108 . Acts 1959, No. 148, § 473; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-4221.
