Payment to minor

If a bank is required or permitted to make payment pursuant to this subchapter to a minor designated as a beneficiary, payment may be made pursuant to the Arkansas Uniform Transfers to Minors Act, § 9-26-201 et seq. Acts 1997, No. 89, § 1.
