Arkansas Code § 23-46-401

Nothing in this subchapter is intended to have any application to: (1) A merger under which a state bank merges into a national bank which is an Arkansas bank; (2) Any consolidation proceeding under which a state bank becomes consolidated into a national bank which is an Arkansas bank; or (3) Any proceeding under which a state bank is converted into a national bank or a national bank is converted into a state bank.
