Passes in exchange for advertising space

Railroad companies operating in the State of Arkansas are authorized and empowered to enter into contracts with newspaper and periodical publishers of the State of Arkansas for the issuance of transportation in exchange for advertising space in the publication. The transportation is to be restricted to intrastate passage. Acts 1923, No. 412, § 1; Pope's Dig., § 1097; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-1536.
