Disposition of funds

All fines and penalties recovered under the provisions of this act shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Revenue Fund Account of the State Apportionment Fund. Acts 1899, No. 53, § 21, p. 82; C. & M. Dig., § 1676; Pope's Dig., § 1986; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-108.
