(a) Application Fees. The following application fees shall be paid to the Arkansas Department of Transportation at the time of filing an application: Click here to view form. (b) Disposition of Fees Collected. All fees or sums collected by the department under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited with the Treasurer of State and credited to the General Revenue Fund Account of the State Apportionment Fund.
