Airport authority - Definition

(a) As used in this subchapter, "peer-to-peer car-sharing program" means a business platform that connects a motor vehicle owner with a motor vehicle driver to enable the sharing of a motor vehicle for financial consideration under the Peer-to-Peer Car-Sharing Program Act, § 27-25-101 et seq. (b) A municipal airport created under the Airport Commission Act, § 14-359-101 et seq., may impose regulations, tolls, and fees on a peer-to-peer car-sharing program as authorized under § 14-359-109 . (c) A regional airport authority under the Regional Airport Act, § 14-362-101 et seq., may impose regulations, tolls, and fees on a peer-to-peer car-sharing program as authorized under § 14-362-109 .
