Electronic receipt

Within a reasonable time after transportation network company services end, a transportation network company shall transmit an electronic receipt to the passenger that lists: (1) The origin and destination of the trip; (2) The total time and distance of the trip; and (3) An itemization of the total fare paid, if any. Added by Act 2015, No. 1050,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
