(a) A digital asset mining business shall not operate in Arkansas without a valid permit from the Oil and Gas Commission under this chapter. (b) The commission shall establish the application for a permit for a digital asset mining businesses to operate. (c) The issuance of a digital asset mining business permit shall be contingent upon compliance with all applicable state laws, including without limitation the Arkansas Data Centers Act of 2023, § 14-1-601 et seq.
