(a) There is created within the Management Services Division of the Department of Finance and Administration the Office of the Arkansas Lottery to establish and oversee the operation of one (1) or more lotteries under this chapter. (b) The office is a self-supporting and revenue-raising agency of the state. (c) The office shall reimburse other governmental entities that provide goods or services to the office.
