Record keeping by franchise holder - Audit

(a) Every franchise holder conducting race meetings under this chapter shall keep its books and records so as to clearly show the true number of admissions, the total amount of money contributed to each pari-mutuel pool on each race separately, and the amount of money received daily from admission fees. (b) Within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of every race meeting, the franchise holder shall submit to the Arkansas Racing Commission a complete audit of the receipts and admissions.
