Record keeping by franchise holder - Audit

(a) Every franchise holder conducting race meets under this chapter shall keep its books and records so as to clearly show the true number of admissions, the total amount of money contributed to each pari-mutuel pool on each race separately, and the amount of money received daily from admission fees. (b) Within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of every race meeting, the franchise holder shall submit to the Arkansas Racing Commission a complete audit of receipts and admissions. (c) Each franchise holder conducting a racing meet under the provisions of this chapter shall keep its books and records in such manner as to clearly show the total amount of moneys wagered on each race held or conducted at each meet and the disposition of those moneys.
