(a) The State of Arkansas shall not be obligated to fund the Arkansas Fallen Firefighters' Memorial. (b) The Arkansas Fallen Firefighters' Memorial Board shall raise all funds necessary for materials, construction, and maintenance of the monument. (c) The board shall comply with the rules of the Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission regarding creation of a maintenance fund. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2362, eff. 7/24/2019.
