Service of subpoena or warrant - Officers

For issuing a subpoena or warrant of arrest and for summoning or arresting the witnesses, officers shall be allowed the same fees as are allowed to clerks and sheriffs for similar services. Acts 1875, No. 77, § 18, p. 167; C. & M. Dig., § 4586; Pope's Dig., § 5672; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1715.
