(a) The following fees shall be allowed for services performed by the Secretary of State and paid into the State Treasury in the same manner that all other fees are or shall be directed to be paid: (1) For affixing the Great Seal of the State of Arkansas, or the Seal of the Secretary of State to any instrument ............... $ 5.00 (2) For every commission issued to a citizen of another state or apostilles ............... 10.00 (3) For every commission issued to a state officer other than prosecuting attorneys ............... 15.00 (4) For every commission issued to prosecuting attorneys ............... 15.00 (5) For every commission issued to a sheriff, collector, clerk, county judge, treasurer, assessor, coroner, or surveyor ............... 10.00 (6) For every commission issued to any other county officer or justice of the peace other than members of the General Assembly ............... 5.00 (7) For all copies of records or other written or printed files in the office of the Secretary of State, and for recording, for every page ............... .80 (8) For all copies of maps, profiles, or other files of a similar nature, such fee as may be established by the Secretary of State, to be determined with reference to the amount of clerical labor and stationery required to make such copies, at the rate of not less than one dollar ($1.00) per hour for the time employed in making the copies.
