(a) A person who violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule adopted under this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000). (b) Each day that a violation is continued after the first conviction is a separate offense. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1849, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1989, No. 537, § 12; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 108.
