Additional transfer of Developmental Disabilities Planning Council attributes to other agency

The Governor may at any time transfer all the powers, duties, personnel, appropriations, fund balances, and authorized positions of the Developmental Disabilities Planning Council to any other designated agency of the state which meets the requirements of Pub. L. No. 103-230 [repealed]. Acts 1995, No. 77, § 6; 1997, No. 58, § 8.
