The Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education of the Department of Human Services shall develop a birth through prekindergarten teaching credential that requires without limitation that the applicant: (1) Meet a minimum educational level; and (2) (A) Complete a core of courses in early childhood development and early childhood education. (B) The core courses shall meet the division's standards for the preparation of early childhood professionals. Acts 2009, No. 187, § 3.
