Freedom of Information Act - Exemption

The Rita Rowell Hale Prenatal and Early Childhood Nurse Home Visitation Program is expressly exempted from the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq., and is prohibited from supplying any information by individual name or other personal identifier or in a form other than a statistical report or other appropriate form which protects the confidentiality of individuals except to any state agency or department which originally supplied the information to the program unless both the originating agency and the program grant release of this information for a specific purpose. Acts 1999, No. 1115, § 4.
