(a) The duties, functions, records, personnel, property, unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds of the Department of Human Services necessary to the operations of the Office of Medicaid Inspector General under § 20-77-2505 are transferred to the office. (b) The office shall assume the duties under the Medical Assistance Programs Integrity Law, § 20-77-1301 et seq. Added by Act 2013, No. 1499,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2013.
