Reimbursement for behavioral health services

(a) The Arkansas Medicaid Program shall reimburse for behavioral health services that are provided in a federally qualified health center by at a minimum: (1) A clinical psychologist; (2) A licensed certified social worker; (3) A licensed professional counselor; (4) A licensed mental health counselor; or (5) A licensed marriage and family therapist. (b) The Department of Human Services shall apply for any federal waiver, Medicaid state plan amendments, or other authority necessary to implement this section.
