For purposes of this subchapter: (1) "Family" means a family as defined in the Medical Services Policy Manual of the Division of County Operations of the Department of Human Services; and (2) "Healthcare coverage" means healthcare insurance as defined by rules promulgated by the Department of Human Services for the ARKids First Program. Acts 1999, No. 849, § 3.
